Cardiovascular diseases are one of the potential long-term complications that  may result from diabetes. This can cause much concern for diabetics. Cardiovascular diseases include  diseases of the heart  and stroke, and all other diseases that affect the heart and blood circulation . Blood vessels and arteries allow flow of blood   in the body and supplying it with oxygen and food needs. In the case of the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, fatty deposits formed a patchwork in the headliner blood vessels and arteries. The fatty residues clots and leads to   narrowing of the arteries and the blood vessels. The result in shortage  of oxygen, food and nutrition to some parts of the body . For example If one of arteries leading to the heart was blocked by clots , could be the cause of a heart attack. If this is the case in one of the arteries leading to the brain may cause a stroke. IF this blockage in the legs and sometimes in the arm may cause  peripheral circulatory impairment which may lead to gangrene and amputation. The probability of rising risk of cardiovascular diseases is increasing in Diabetics in comparison with non Diabetics. This may lead  to  weak control on  rise in glucose levels in the blood on the long periods and this affect the arterial wall of the blood vessels and increases the possibility of cardiovascular problems and arteriosclerosis. arteriosclerosis is potentially dangerous diseases that originated the idea of the establishment of scientific research chair which aims to enrich knowledge of humanitarian issues and development of thought and local development to identify the genetic changes of  cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, type II .We have big ambitions and hopes in the areas of genetic diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, Type II in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we hope to see the light soon.
